She is a dedicated and passionate research and project management officer, with significant exposure to public health, social work and human rights support. She has a strong commitment to advocating for human rights and improving public services.
Her recent research expertise includes, among others, assessment of various segmentation frameworks for women owned and women led Small and Medium Enterprises in western, northern, and eastern Uganda. Her leadership skills and ability to work with diverse groups have been essential in driving positive change in the community.
Rehema holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and social administration and a master’s degree in public health.
